Something about us

Nomads Zurich is a plant-based hospitality project founded and led by Swiss chef Luca Frei. Through pop-up restaurants, catering experiences and culinary events, Nomads explored how food can connect people, producers, nature and culture.

Working with local, organic ingredients and a zero-waste philosophy rooted in the cycles of nature, the project became a space for culinary innovation, collaboration and meaningful hospitality experiences.
