nomads glace

First launched in 2020 at Oberer Letten in Zurich, Nomads Glace was created in collaboration with Stazione Paradiso as a playful plant-based ice cream concept.

Each flavour was developed with its own matching topping: our Zopf ice cream came with Zopf crumbles and jam, inspired by a classic Swiss breakfast; our kombucha sorbet was served with tangy kombucha candies made from the SCOBY, reminiscent of sour gummy worms.

The concept reflected Nomads’ approach to food: familiar memories reimagined through plant-based ingredients, fermentation and playful experimentation.
