This summer for the first time we launched nomads Glace at Letten in Zürich. In collaboration with Stazione Paradiso we do unusual, home made and plant based Ice Cream. Each flavor has its own suitable topping. For Example our "Zopf" Ice Cream we serve with "Zopf crumbles" and your favorite jam on top just like your bread in the morning. As well we work with fermented ingredients as we do a Kombucha Sorbet which comes with Kombucha candies that are made from the Scooby. Like sour worms.
