For the first time in 2020 we launched nomads glace at Oberer Letten in Zurich. In collaboration with Stazione Paradiso we do unusual, homemade and plant based Ice Cream. Each flavor has its own suitable topping. For Example, our "Zopf" Ice Cream we serve with "Zopf crumbles" and your favorite jam on top, just like your bread in the morning. As well, we work with fermented ingredients as we do a Kombucha Sorbet which comes with Kombucha candies that are made from the scooby. Like sour worms.
Currently we are looking for a new location. We will let you know as soon as we found a new hotspot for our nomads glace.
